Terms of Use

Notes Into Results is provided by Traxxer Technologies, operating from Jamaica (“Traxxer Technologies”, “we”, “us”). Contact: traxxertech@gmail.com

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your password or sign-in method secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at traxxertech@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to use Notes Into Results lawfully and not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing purposes;
• attempt to access another member's account, content or records;
• probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass authentication, plan entitlements, usage limits or administrative controls;
• upload content you have no right to store or process;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

You own the notes, reflections, ideas, actions, reviews and other content you create. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to train AI models.

You grant Traxxer Technologies a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, transmit, back up, display and process your content solely to operate, secure and support the service for you — including saving your sessions, generating exports you request and, only when you ask for it, sending relevant session content to the optional AI pathway described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that persist briefly in provider backups or logs.

Free-text fields such as Speaker, Connections and your notes may contain information about other people. You are responsible for what you enter about others and for having a lawful basis to record it. Please do not record sensitive information about third parties that you are not entitled to hold.

Notes Into Results — including its name and branding, the Capture → Reflect → Apply → Act & Review methodology as expressed in the product, its screens, wording, design system and software — belongs to Traxxer Technologies and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application; they do not transfer any ownership or grant you rights to copy, adapt or reproduce the product or its branding.

• AI features are optional and run only when you request them.
• AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate.
• You must review AI output before adding it to your session or acting on it.
• AI output is assistance to support your own thinking — it is not authoritative advice and is not a decision made by us.

Notes Into Results is a productivity and reflection tool. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, tax or any other regulated professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

We may suspend or restrict an account where there is abuse, a security threat, suspected unlawful activity, or a breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. Suspension is applied subject to applicable law and does not delete your content.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and content as described in the Privacy Policy. Before deleting, you may wish to use “Download My Data”.

We aim to keep the service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider issues or events outside our control. We may add, change, or discontinue features as the product develops. We will not remove a feature you rely on carelessly, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output or any content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or condition that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable Jamaican consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traxxer Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

To the extent reasonable and permitted under Jamaican law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims that arise from your unlawful use of the service or from content you entered in breach of these terms. This does not apply to matters caused by us.

Paid functionality is not active as of the effective date above, and no payment details are collected. Paid plans may be introduced later. If they are, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented to you clearly before you purchase anything, and no charge will be made without your explicit purchase.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical so you can export your data.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here with an increased version number and effective date, and you will be asked to acknowledge the updated terms in the application. Reading this page never blocks your access to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights that apply to you.
